By accessing and using the website and services provided by AI Innovators LLC, doing business as Professor Glitch (askglitch.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Professor Glitch provides an AI and automation learning community, including educational content, courses, hands-on labs, resources, and community access through a membership subscription.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Membership, Pricing & Billing

Access to the Professor Glitch Community is by application only. Accepted members are billed on a recurring subscription basis. Pricing is displayed at the time of checkout and may vary. We may offer monthly, annual, or other billing options from time to time.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing members. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel:

Log into your account and cancel through your account settings, or
Email us at training@askglitch.com

When you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

6. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at training@askglitch.com within 7 days and we will review your case.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Share or resell our content, courses, or resources without written permission
Share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, courses, templates, workflows, and resources provided through our service are owned by Professor Glitch or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use our materials for your own learning and business use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes from using our materials. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, and other factors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Innovators LLC (Professor Glitch) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. In the event we terminate your account for a terms violation, no refund will be issued.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify members of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
