Professor Glitch provides an AI and automation learning community, including educational content, courses, hands-on labs, resources, and community access through a membership subscription.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
Access to the Professor Glitch Community is by application only. Accepted members are billed on a recurring subscription basis. Pricing is displayed at the time of checkout and may vary. We may offer monthly, annual, or other billing options from time to time.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel:
When you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.
7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your membership, email us at training@askglitch.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. The guarantee applies to your first payment only; renewal payments are non-refundable.
Glitch Workforce is excluded from the guarantee. Glitch Workforce is downloadable software included with your membership. Because it cannot be returned once delivered, the 7-day money-back guarantee ends the moment a Glitch Workforce license key is issued to your account. Refund requests received after a license key has been sent to your email will not be honored. If you want to keep the option of a refund, explore the community first and request your license key only when you have decided to stay.

All content, materials, courses, templates, workflows, and resources provided through our service are owned by Professor Glitch or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use our materials for your own learning and business use.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes from using our materials. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, and other factors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Innovators LLC (Professor Glitch) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. In the event we terminate your account for a terms violation, no refund will be issued.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify members of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
